All participants are required to review and sign the waiver prior to participation.

The waiver outlines the inherent risks associated with ocean-based activities, including surfing in cold-water conditions, and confirms participant acknowledgment and responsibility.
Because surfing involves physical exertion, changing ocean conditions, and cold-water immersion, participants are required to disclose any relevant medical information that may affect safe participation.
This includes:
-
Pre-existing medical conditions
-
Asthma or other respiratory conditions
-
Heart or circulatory conditions
-
Food or medication allergies (including latex or neoprene)
-
Current medications that may affect balance, breathing, or alertness
-

-
History of fainting, seizures, panic attacks, or cold sensitivity
By signing the waiver, participants confirm they are medically able to participate or have consulted a physician prior to their lesson.
For minors, the waiver and disclosures must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. For corporate or group sessions, disclosures must be completed by each participant or an authorized representative.
