SurfLife Return & Refund Policy

 

At SurfLife, every item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse. Please review our size charts and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

 

✅ Returns & Replacements

We happily replace items that arrive:

  • Damaged

  • Misprinted

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (wrong size or product sent)

 

If you receive an item with any of the above issues, please email us at [your email here] within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the problem. We’ll make it right.

 

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Apparel ordered in the wrong size or color

  • Items returned without contacting us first

  • Items received more than 14 days after delivery

 

📦 Exchanges

Because each product is made on demand, we cannot offer exchanges. If you need a different size, you’ll need to place a new order.

 

💵 Refunds

Refunds are only issued for damaged, misprinted, or lost-in-shipping items that cannot be replaced. Once approved, refunds are applied to your original payment method.

 

🌍 Shipping Issues

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us. We’ll work with our print partners to investigate and replace your order if confirmed missing.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping:
Orders are fulfilled through Printful and usually ship in 2–7 business days. You’ll get a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Shipping Costs:
Calculated at checkout based on your location and items.

Returns & Exchanges:
All items are made-to-order, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged during shipping. If there’s an issue, email us within 7 days with a photo of the problem.

Refunds:
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
