Cancellation Policy

At SurfLife, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to offer flexibility for our clients. You will receive a full refund for any cancellation made more than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time. If you need to cancel within 12 hours of your lesson, we are unable to offer a full refund, but we may offer a partial refund. You can reschedule for a later date with no additional fees.
