Team-Building Surf Events — $1,000–$2,500 per event (5–10 people · 2.5–3 hours) Our Team-Building Surf Events turn traditional off-sites into a meaningful, ocean-based experience on the North Oregon Coast. Designed for teams, small businesses, leadership groups, and organizations, this program replaces conference rooms with real-world challenge—building trust, communication, and connection through shared effort in cold-water surf. Surfing is a natural team builder. It requires awareness, adaptability, patience, and support. Participants are guided through a structured experience that blends surf instruction, ocean awareness, and group challenges designed to strengthen collaboration and confidence. No prior surf experience is required. Everything is paced to meet the group where they are. This protected cove offers consistent conditions suitable for group learning. Sessions are scheduled based on swell, tide, wind, and safety.
